On all projects implemented by Infolink, we apply current global standards and methodological approaches:

  • EA (Enterprise Architecture) is a general approach for comprehensive enterprise architecture modeling, where both business and IT are simultaneously observed and modeled.
  • TOGAF (The Open Group Architectural Framework) approach for building the organization’s architecture.
  • NGOSS – The New Generation Operation System and Software, a framework for reference EA architecture, practically for all companies with large technical infrastructure, their products, and services offered to customers in the market.
  • BPM – Business Process Management, an approach for managing business processes.
  • BPMN – Business Process Model and Notation, a graphical language for modeling business processes.
  • CCTS (Core Components Technical Specification) standard, for interoperability and data exchange between systems.

By using the aforementioned approaches, as well as domain standards, the best global practices are introduced in the construction of the company’s Enterprise Architecture.

By combining global best practices with the best practices of the specific company where the Enterprise Architecture is being introduced, a new, unique methodological approach is often created, tailored specifically for that company (or class of companies).
