
B.S.S - Business Solutions Suite is a modern ERP financial and accounting system that automates and tracks items, work resources, personnel, finances, partners, and other business assets of the company throughout their lifecycle.
B.S.S Plus It is designed for hotel systems that want to minimize employee involvement in entering and controlling changes generated by hotel systems such as Simphony, Opera, and Materials Control. Integration with these systems fully automates and controls the transfer of changes into a unified database of the BSS system.
The system incorporates decades of experience, enabling users to access a wide range of views and reports for analyzing and managing all goods and financial flows in hotel systems, making them more transparent, efficient, and productive.
Modules of the B.S.S. System
Financial Operations
The Financial Operations module enables efficient, accurate, and reliable tracking and management of accrued obligations and payments, as well as the recording and collection of receivables.
This includes:
- recording of incoming and outgoing invoices,
- registration of contracts with business partners,
- VAT ledger,
- recording of bank statements and linking items, reviewing liabilities, receivables, given and received advances, or consolidated balances by partners, by partner categories, generating payment orders, etc.
- data exchange with electronic banking software,
- interest calculation,
- automatic generation of journal entries in the General Ledger based on transactions recorded in this module.


General Ledger & Financial Accounting
The General Ledger and Financial Accounting module records accounting transactions by generating automatic journal entries from other BSS system modules or through manual journal entry input.
This includes:
- flexible definition of analytics with the ability to open analytical accounts without restrictions,
- ability to maintain analytical records for any object in the system (business partner, organizational unit, employee, warehouse),
- easy viewing of balances for all accounts where there are changes for a specific object code in the system (business partner, organizational unit, employee, warehouse),
- a standard set of reports, including a set of reports related to the financial statement,
- parallel operation in multiple years with automatic formation of opening balances,
- support for reporting in USALI format, etc.
Fixed Assets
The Fixed Assets module includes:
- Tracking of asset acquisition,
- Activation, transfer (debt data),
- Change in value (extension/increase or decrease in value for any reason), disposal/write-off, as well as calculation of depreciation (accounting and tax) and inventory of fixed assets,
- Reports by account, depreciation group, group depreciation, debt data, investment details,
- Inventory list, fixed assets register, tax depreciation, etc.


Invoicing
The Invoicing module includes:
- Recording customer invoices based on previously provided services, as well as advance invoices,
- A rich set of reports and screen views that provide insight into sales performance by customer, product, product categories, customer categories, etc.
HR - Human Resources
The HR module enables tracking employee data from their arrival at the company, job classification, monitoring attendance records, defining employment contracts/leave, creating decisions, employee records (views of work schedules, accumulated work experience, decisions on assignments and leave, and all previously recorded employee data), statistical reports, etc.


System Administration
The System Administration module enables:
- Configuration of B.S.S system modules and their descriptions,
- Registration of end users with appropriate access rights to applications and data,
- Flexible definition of the menu layout through which end users access applications (based on access rights in the application menu tree),
- Enables journaling of user access and activities, as well as the ability to control access to applications, etc.
